Booking & Reservation
Your wedding date is officially reserved once the signed agreement is completed and the required retainer payment has been received. Until this process is completed, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation & Changes
Any cancellation or significant changes to the event date are subject to the terms agreed upon in the signed contract.
Image Delivery & Usage
The delivered images are professionally edited and selected by the photographer. RAW files are not included. Personal use and sharing rights are granted according to the agreement, while commercial use requires additional permission.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and communicating any important requests or changes in advance to ensure the best possible experience.
Unexpected Circumstances
In the rare event of circumstances beyond control, every effort will be made to provide a suitable solution while maintaining the quality and integrity of the service.
